The Story Behind Alice in Wonderland

Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, or what we now know as Alice in Wonderland, was written by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson.  Now before you yell at your computer, that was Lewis Caroll’s real name before he adopted the pseudonym to write the famous novel in 1865.

1865 is a long time from Feb 05, 2012, and the Alice in Wonderland 2010 version has brought enjoyment to another new generation of Wonderland characters.  Of course my kids grew up with the Alice in Wonderland Disney version by Tim Burton, but many others grew up with older versions, such as the Disney 1951 animated version of Alice in Wonderland.
